Our junk removal services start as low as $99 dollar. We began this business out of a passion for recycling. We noticed that in most construction site remodel projects, many items were ending up in landfills instead of being recycled. We offer exceptional pricing and sort items for recycling.
Overweight Charges: If your load exceeds the specified weight limits (40-yard: 6 tons, 20-yard: 3 tons, 10-yard for trash: 2 tons), an additional fee of $85.00 per ton over the limit will be applied. We cannot haul bins that are deemed unsafe due to excessive weight. The maximum total hauled weight is 11 tons. Any legal issues due to overweight will be the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery and Pickup: If we can’t complete delivery or pickup due to customer negligence (e.g., no parking space,obstacles), a $200.00 trucking fee will be charged.
Rental Duration: Containers are automatically picked up six days after delivery. If you need it for more days, it’s $40.00 per day after the sixth day. Notify us and pay before the sixth day. Maximum 2-week limit on-site. You can request early pickup if the container is full before the 6th day.
No Hazardous Wastes: Do not put hazardous waste in the container. This includes radioactive, toxic, flammable, or otherwise hazardous materials. No paint, oil, or animal carcasses.
Customer’s Liability: The customer is responsible for attorney’s fees related to improper waste disposal or equipment theft or damage unless due to the Contractor’s negligence.
Special Items: For Roll Off 20 YRD / 40 YRD containers, an additional $150.00 fee applies for bulky items like mattresses and furniture (not exceeding 4 ft X 4 ft). No debris above container height. General waste only; no soils, concrete, bricks, blocks, or cements allowed.
Low Boy 10 YRD: Only for clean soils, dirt, clean concrete, and cement bricks. Extra charges apply for specific items. Maximum height of 2 feet.
Legal/Court Expenses: Any legal or court expenses due to overweight or late payments are the customer’s responsibility.
Permits: The customer must obtain all necessary city permits for placing our containers on their property or street.
Property Damage: The customer acknowledges potential surface damage and agrees to hold the company harmless from any such damage.
Enforcement Costs: In case of enforcement of this Agreement, the prevailing party is entitled to reasonable costs and attorney fees.
Payment Authorization: By signing this agreement, you Green Bin LA to charge any applicable extra fees to your credit card on file, including overweight fees and penalties.
All bin rentals are COD/Check or credit card before delivery. Please note that charges will be automatically applied to the authorized credit card for any relevant fees or penalties as per the above terms and conditions.
